One of the bridges we had to cross was how to target our work. There are true academicians on the project but most realized academic medical publishers wouldn't touch our work although Corinne Michels was able to get one article published in peer review. Since few on the project were working in academia anymore we tried to write so interested readers could understand yet not dilute the technical side too much. I have tried to blend in graphics as a good picture can make the words more understandable.
Sky Horse is not a medical publisher yet they committed to what a medical publisher might not and that is the reproduction of Dr. Burkhardt's photomicrographs. Fortunately with Michael Palmer's assistance we were able to publish Dr. B's original images from his pathology lab in Reutlingen, Germany thanks to Norbert Schwartz. This important work alone makes the book worth owning as it appears unique in the world.
Thank you very much for the additional information. I didn't expect so many graphics but was glad to see them as they do enhance comprehension of what's written. The combined efforts taken to get this information to the public at large will soon be proven completely worthwhile!
My pre-ordered copy arrived Wednesday! It's a great text-book style format with lots of photos.

The left cannot stand the fact that THEIR lies are now being exposed.
Nor the right.
